Top priority is being given to the health and safety of our employees, clients and referral sources while we continue to monitor and implement the latest ever-changing recommendations from health officials.
We are now offering “no-contact” installation protocols for quick and reliable installation of medical alert services while limiting or eliminating face-to-face interactions.
Upon receiving a referral for emergency home response service, we will:
- Contact your member by phone within 24 hours and explain the process (available in over 100 languages)
- Pre-activate and ship the PERS device and paperwork directly to the residence.
- Continue communication with the member upon receipt and walk them through device setup
- Ensure the device tests into the call center, works properly, and the client can operate satisfactorily
- Coordinate the return of all required paperwork. all documentation is available electronically
