At Alert Medical Alarms, we believe in wrapping our clients in care through innovative Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) that promote safety, independence, and better social determinants of health (SDOH) outcomes. Our mission is to help individuals age comfortably at home, supported by services like our GPS Mobile Watch, AMA Kindness Calls, and 24/7 monitoring by our 5 Diamond certified operators. But behind every successful activation, every compassionate response, and every seamless care transition stands our dedicated team of service coordinators and care managers, especially those working in the Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) waiver space.
Today, we're thrilled to announce the launch of our AMAelite Award Program, an initiative designed to recognize and reward the exceptional individuals who embody what it means to be "Elite" in managed care. Drawing from the qualities that define top performers like empathy, cultural competence, problem-solving, and a person-centered approach, this program honors those who go above and beyond in coordinating LTSS waiver services, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support while navigating complex Medicaid requirements and community-based care plans.
What Does It Mean to Be AMAelite at Alert Medical Alarms?
In the world of managed care and LTSS waivers, being elite isn’t just about meeting quotas or checking boxes. It’s about:
- Delivering Person-Centered Care: Prioritizing clients' goals, strengths, and preferences inevery assessment and plan, from habilitation services to respite care.
- Excelling in Coordination: Seamlessly integrating services across providers, managing risks with dignity, and ensuring smooth transitions that keep clients safely in their communities.
- Upholding Ethical Standards: Maintaining compliance with regulations like CMS guidelines, while fostering trust through cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed practices.
- Driving Outcomes: Reducing institutionalizations, optimizing budgets, and boosting client satisfaction through data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. We can come in huge here, please email training@alertmedicalalarms, subject line: Advanced Reporting
Our AMAelite team partners are the ones who turn challenges into opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders to make a real difference. While it takes teamwork to make the dream work, our Guardian Angel Army is an AMAelite special force in and out of the trenches.
How the AMAelite Award Program Works
- Nominations by Supervisors or co-worker: Starting this month, they can nominate one standout team member from their group each month through November. Nominations should simply highlight specific examples of elite performance, such as innovative problem-solving in a high-risk LTSS case or exceptional collaboration that led to better client outcomes.
- Selection Criteria: Evaluate based on the core qualities outlined above, ensuring the Nominee aligns with these values of compassion, innovation, and excellence.
Every nominee will be celebrated as an “AMAelite Award Recipient” and receive:
- A custom Elite Award certificate to display proudly.
- Exclusive AMAelite swag, including branded apparel, tech accessories, and wellness items to support their own well-being; because we know caring for others starts with self-care.
But that’s not all! To add an element of excitement and make the recognition even more memorable, we’ll hold a year-end raffle among all nominees. The grand prize? The luxurious Renpho R3 Massage Gun—a state-of-the-art, lightweight, and whisper-quiet percussion massager engineered to melt away deep muscle tension, invigorate your body, and elevate your daily wellness routine. With multiple customizable attachments and adjustable speeds, it’s your personal oasis for post-workout recovery, everyday stress relief, and ultimate self-care, helping you recharge like never before in the demanding world of case management.
