Alert Medical Alarms is doing our part to stop the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure our referral sources and their members will continue to have access to important life-saving technologies like medical alert and in-home medication management. Top priority is being given to the health and safety of our employees, clients and referral sources while we continue to monitor and implement the latest ever-changing recommendations from health officials.

We are now offering “no-contact” installation protocols for quick and reliable installation of medical alert services while limiting or eliminating face-to-face interactions.

Upon receiving a referral for emergency home response service, we will:

Contact your member by phone within 24 hours and explain the process (available in over 100 languages)
Pre-activate and ship the PERS device and paperwork directly to the residence.
Continue communication with the member upon receipt and walk them through device setup
Ensure the device tests into the call center, works properly, and the client can operate satisfactorily
Coordinate the return of all required paperwork. all documentation is available electronically
